PA - 12 Month FTC | NW London | £30k-£35k
This is a varied, hands-on PA role supporting the CEO of a small, fast-moving company, with scope to assist other senior colleagues. The role covers diary and inbox management across multiple time zones, CEO travel coordination, basic administrative support to the accounts team, liaison with subcontractors and suppliers, light involvement in drafting correspondence and engagement letters, and tracking office administration such as insurance renewals.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside the current EA during a handover period before taking on the role independently.
What’s in it for you?
· Salary: £30k-£35k depending on experience
· Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, working from home - some flexibility required, particularly when the CEO is travelling across time zones. The role requires attendance in the office at least one day per week to be based with the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO's diary and inbox, including coverage across different time zones.
• Coordinate travel for the CEO and, on occasion, other senior colleagues: bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
• Provide basic administrative support to the accounts team (no prior accounts experience required).
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on routine matters.
• Assist with drafting standard letters and engagement letters using existing templates.
• Track office administration items such as insurance policies and renewal dates.
• Maintain regular contact with the CEO and other colleagues to ensure task lists are completed.
What the employer is looking for:
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or PA role.
• Demonstrable, confident diary and inbox management skills; this is critical to the role.
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with a wide range of people including clients, contractors/suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and comfortable managing a varied workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Discretion and confidentiality, given exposure to sensitive business and client matters.
