Data Protection Complaints Policy

If you have concerns about how your data has been stored or used, please email us at GDPR@reddoorrecruitment.co.uk with details of your complaint. After receiving your complaint, we promise to:

  • always acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly

  • act without undue delay to investigate your complaint, keeping you up to date with our progress

  • provide an outcome to complaints as soon as possible, sharing details of our findings and any action taken to resolve the issue

This policy is in addition to our existing Data Retention and Privacy policies, which outline how we use and process your personal data.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) encourages individuals to initially raise concerns with organisations directly, before escalating to them. Once our investigations are complete, if you are not satisfied with the result, you can, of course, escalate your complaint to the ICO.

This process does not affect your statutory rights.
