Administration Coordinator | St Albans | Up to £35k
We are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join a successful and growing organisation.
This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for providing administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, and coordinating a range of tasks to support internal teams.
This role would suit a candidate with excellent administration skills who is looking to build on and develop their career!

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments across the business
Coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Manage company records, databases and documentation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence as required
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and hospitality arrangements
Act as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
Support onboarding activities and assist with employee administration
Manage office supplies and coordinate purchasing requirements
Assist with the planning and organisation of company events, meetings and team activities.
Handle incoming enquiries and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Support process improvements and help ensure administrative procedures are followed
Undertake additional administrative and coordination tasks as required
What the client is looking for:
Previous experience in an Administration Coordinator, Office Administrator, Team Administrator, Business Support or similar role
Experience managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Positive, professional and flexible approach to work
