Our client, a highly successful and growing professional services organisation based in St Albans, is looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating projects and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Working with a portfolio of clients, you'll be the main point of contact throughout the client journey, ensuring projects run smoothly, expectations are managed and clients receive a first-class service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

·         Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients

·         Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle

·         Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are achieved

·         Providing clear and professional communication to clients and stakeholders

·         Managing client expectations and resolving queries effectively

·         Reviewing documentation and financial information with a high degree of accuracy

·         Ensuring all compliance and administrative requirements are met

·         Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

·         Working closely with internal departments to deliver successful outcomes for clients

What the employer is looking for:

·         Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success or Relationship Management

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
