We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client’s busy team in Hendon. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office.
As Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll work closely with colleagues, customers, and external contacts, managing a variety of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
What’s in it for you:
Salary: £26.5k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (fully office based)
21 days holiday plus bank holidays (the office will be closed on Jewish holidays, and it will be unpaid leave)

Key responsibilities:
Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
Greeting visitors and dealing with general enquiries
Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
Preparing letters, documents and general correspondence
Filing and maintaining office records
Data entry and updating company systems
Ordering office supplies when required
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Assisting with general office administration
Supporting other members of staff with administrative tasks
Maintaining confidentiality and handling information appropriately
Helping to ensure the office remains organised and runs efficiently
Managing the office key system, including issuing and receiving keys to and from contractors, staff and authorised personnel, and maintaining accurate records.

Previous office or administrative experience is desirable
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, friendly and approachable manner
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy office
