Property Administrator | St Albans | Up to £28k

Our well established and growing client based in St Albans are looking for a Property Administrator.

This is a very busy role within a fast paced environment, no day is ever the same and you will be in a close knit, friendly and supportive team!

What’s in it for you?:

·         Salary: up to £28k depending on experience

·         Hours: 0845 – 1715 and 0845 – 1800 - alternative shifts (Monday to Friday).

·         Hybrid working after probation

Key responsibilities:

·         Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the Block Management team

·         Issuing basic communications

·         Arranging for keys to be cut

·         Assisting with printing, envelope stuffing, and postal duties

·         Handling ad-hoc, straightforward leaseholder enquires

·         Liaising with contractors — including raising work orders, following up on quote requests, saving inspection/service reports, and updating tickets.

·         Assisting with AGM preparation, including sending invitations, compiling meeting packs, and booking venues

·         Taking and distributing meeting minutes.

·         Assisting the Property Managers as required.

What the employer is looking for:

·         Previous administrative experience.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·         Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

·         A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

·         A proactive and professional approach to client interactions.
