An established and growing property business is seeking an experienced Property Manager.
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with relevant legislation, and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.

Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, office based

Key responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Handle maintenance issues, arranging repairs and property inspections as required
Monitor rental payments and assist with property-related reporting
Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements
Manage tenancy renewals, terminations, inspections, deposit matters, and move-out processes
What the employer is looking for:
Previous experience within residential property management
Good understanding of lettings and property management procedures
Knowledge of maintenance coordination, property compliance, and tenancy legislation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise a busy workload
Confident problem solver with a professional approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
