This month is all about Jo B - one of the directors here at Red Door Recruitment. She has a passion for building and developing working relationships, and loves a G&T at the weekend!

What did you do before Red Door?

I worked in London for 7 years after graduating in Law, I was in legal sales and account management.

What do you do at Red Door? 

I have been with Red Door for 8 years and I am now a director.

What’s the best part of your job?

Seeing success amongst the team, every placement is a win!

What’s your favourite thing to do at the weekend?

Dog walks, spending time with my daughter and enjoying a gin or two!

What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?

 Have a cuppa, breathe and carry on, there’s always something worse going on in the world!

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Medium rare steak!
