What sectors do you cover?

We recruit for permanent, contract and temporary roles. The areas we commonly recruit for are; Administration, Customer Service, Secretarial/PA, Sales, Marketing, Accountancy/Finance, HR/Training, Bilingual, IT/Technical Support and Analyst/Research.

What is your process when filling a vacancy?

We have a 10 point approach to recruitment to ensure the best service for both our clients and candidates. One of our experienced consultants will discuss the role with you and collect all the information we need.  We then advertise your job on all of our job boards and website and our entire team resource and select candidates for the position. We pre-interview the candidates and present you with their CVs and background information on them. We arrange interviews on your behalf and pass on feedback to the applicants. We continue to support both you and the candidate through the first 12 weeks following their placement to ensure the match is right and help you negotiate any issues.

Which job boards do you advertise your roles on?

We post all of our job roles on Reed, Total Jobs and Indeed. We also advertise them all on our website and across all of our social media. We have a large database of candidates and over a third of our candidates register from referrals!

How many consultants will work on my vacancy?

At Red Door, we operate as a team. We have 4 highly skilled consultants and our directors Louise and Jo who work tirelessly to get you the best candidates for  your vacancy. We all pitch in on resourcing and contacting applicants to find the perfect match for your job role.

What locations do you cover?

We cover primarily the Hertfordshire area. Most of our roles are in St. Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield and the surrounding areas. We occasionally take on roles further afield if a client has a satellite branch elsewhere! You can find all our jobs advertised with their location on our website!
