Celebrating our Temps!
As we come towards the end of the year, we just wanted to take a moment to thank a very valuable part of our community here at Red Door; our temps.
We have registered roughly 300 temps this year! In the last few months we have had a record number out in placements week after week.
Throughout this year, despite the circumstances, they have been more than willing to jump in wherever needed, flexible and working incredibly hard.
We have to say a massive thank you to everyone who has done such a fabulous job, representing themselves and Red Door in their placements. We have had mountains of fantastic feedback from clients.
We have to give a special shoutout to our temp of the month; Joynal! Joynal has been in a booking for the past 3 months doing excellent work for his client, so much so his stay has been extended for a further 3 months! He has become a real part of the team and is working above and beyond providing exceptional support. Week after week, we have had nothing but sparkling feedback about his work and his attitude and we thought it was only right that he should be the first recipient of our reinstated temp of the month! We hopped on a Teams call with Joynals’ whole department this morning to present him with this award including a voucher as a thank you for all of his hard work.
When you are running the temp desk, there is nothing more fulfilling than receiving positive feedback about your temps and the amazing work they are doing.
We are going into the New year, excited to build our register and fill more bookings than ever before!
