Technical Support Advisor | Watford | £24,600

Our client, an international B2B business providing specialist support in connectivity, management, and creation of systems for a variety of sectors, are looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join the team due to continued growth.

Working within a large team, this role will involve proactive investigation, fault finding, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer support requests via phone, email, chat, and tickets.

You will be provided with full comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What’s in it for you?

·         Starting salary of £24,600

·         Hybrid working option after 6-month probation

·         Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Key responsibilities:

·         Handling customer support requests via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and tickets

·         Proactive investigation, fault-finding, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution of support requests

·         Liaise with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues

·         Creating an audit trail of the support request using CRM systems

·         Liaising with mobile network providers

·         Assisting internal and external teams with queries

·         Delivering monthly targets

·         PC Literate, including Word, Excel, and email

·         Good organisation skills
