Temporary Part Time Accounts Assistant | St Albans | £15ph
A successful international company based in St Albans are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary basis, for approximately 8-9 weeks.
You must be available to start within a week and commit to the duration of the booking.
This is an office-based role.
What’s in it for you:
Pay: £15.59 including holiday pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am/9:30am - 1:30pm/2pm
Key Responsibilities:
Daily cash postings
New BP account setups and amendments
Credit notes
Card machine payment processing
Reminder letters and invoices weekly
Monthly statements and invoices
Person Specific:
Experience in a similar role
Good understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
High attention to detail
Excellent Excel skills and computer literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customers and external contacts
Good organisational skills and ability to work to processes
