Graduate Finance Assistant | St Albans | £30k-£35k

A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Finance/ Accounts Assistant to join a busy company within a varied and interesting finance role.

You will be working within a fun and friendly environment within a Finance role which has the capacity to grow in the future.

We are looking for highly numerate candidates with 2-3 years’ finance experience with qualifications within accountancy and finance.

We will also consider candidates looking for part-time hours.

What’s in it for you:

Key responsibilities;

·         Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses

·         Recording financial transactions in accounting systems

·         Reconciling bank statements with company accounts

·         Supporting the monitoring of budgets and forecasting expenditure

·         Accounts payable and receivable ledgers

·         Load invoices to sage

·         Maintain Direct debits

·         Credit cards

·         Expenses

·         Load supplier invoices to Sage

What the employer is looking for;

·         3 years + accounts experience

·         Degree or equivalent in Accounts and Finance

·         Experience with Sage

·         Organised and good time management skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Highly numerate
