Service Sales Executive – Construction Industry | Luton | Up to £35k

We are delighted to support a well-established client in recruiting a Service Sales Representative to join their friendly and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

·         Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients

·         Manage service accounts, including renewals and ongoing customer support

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities

·         Confidently present and demonstrate the company’s service offering

·         Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction

·         Consistently work toward agreed sales targets and timelines

·         Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments

·         Follow up with clients to ensure the delivery meets expectations and standards.

·         Previous exposure to coordinating contracts, renewals, or account‑management tasks

·         Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
