Product Administrator | St Albans | £28k-£30k
We have a fantastic opportunity for a very successful and well-established company based in St Albans. Candidates must be able to drive due to lack of transport links.
They are looking for a Product Administrator to manage license conception through to product execution, managing all internal and external communications within the license agreements.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some admin and ideally product focused experience to offer and and build on!

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain the sample, packaging tracker and production approval status.
Liaising between Designers and Suppliers
Log all upload approvals from portals on tracker.
Responsible for chasing samples for approval.
Attend meetings with Production/Operations, assist in managing the critical path.
Ensure all materials, trims, fabric, colours, prints trims and labelling are all correct/acceptable before sending for approval and /or bulk approval.
Establish and own strong working relationships with key licensors.
Attend key meetings, in person or on Teams where required.
Manage and maintain samples from the factory, sending out and storing internally.
Create, manage, and own the licence category grid and inform the wider business to be able to use the tool effectively.
Manage keeping copies of all contracts and amendments, regarding changes in product licenses.
