Administrator | St Albans | £25k-£28k

We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a fast-growing, company based in St Albans.

This is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding division where future growth is guaranteed. You will be working within a busy and fast paced environment in a varied and busy role.

This role will suit a candidate with 1-2 years administration experience with excellent problem-solving skills and experience of working with Excel on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities:

·         Provide Second-level support to first-level agents, assisting with all customer queries

·         Escalate unresolved issues to next level

·         Strong focus on monitoring alerts and alarms to quickly identify potential issues

·         Maintaining internal/external tickets, alerts, and KPIs

·         Monitor Daily Quality of Service analytics/routines

·         Set up all new sites across the required systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data

·         Work with internal solutions team on innovation of systems and new requirements/features

·         Supports accounts where required to ensure billing/invoicing is correct

What the employer is looking for:

·         1-2 years administration experience

·         Experience with CRM systems

·         Excellent Excel skills

·         Good understanding of and experience with managing incidents and supporting systems (following processes and making sure data is complete and accurate)

·         Excellent communication skills and teamwork

·         Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills

·         Perceptive, fast learner, and able to perform well under pressure.
