A large professional and national company based in St Albans are looking for an administrator to join their busy team. 

You will be working in a fun, friendly and sociable team in open plan offices where you will be supporting different departments in a varied customer service administration role.

This role will suit candidates with 2 years customer focused experience looking to join a growing and progressive company where you can use your exceptional customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating contracts

  • Processing orders

  • Arranging collections and dispatch

  • Logging customer repairs and calls

  • Creating customer quotations

  • Maintaining databases

  • Daily engineer updates

  • Invoicing

What the client is looking for

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a customer focused environment

  • Articulate with MS Office, in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook

  • Demonstrable experience of a professional and warm telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills both internal and external is essential

  • Comfort at liaising at all levels
