Support Administrator | St Albans | £19k
We’re recruiting for a Support Administrator to join our successful technology-based client in St Albans!
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team, providing assistance for sales orders and helping with pre and post sales queries.

Own and progress orders
Check customer special instructions
Input orders on day of receipt
Check orders against input summary
Deal with queries, amendments, clarifications and missing parts
Check orders are on schedule for arranging despatch dates
Check Back Orders, ensure all invoicing completed
Follow through web sales/cash orders
Ensure acknowledgements are sent
Ensure customers and potential customers have what they need, at the right time (as promised)
Investigate reasons and delays to dispatch
What the client are looking for:
Some administration experience or a recent graduate
PC literate, especially in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook
Personable team player with excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management and prioritising skills
Articulate and numerate; fast thinker
Responds well in a busy sales environment
Capable of chasing multiple task simultaneously
