Customer Services Executive | St Albans | up to £28k


If you are experienced in a customer services environment this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and independent travel company based in St Albans.

You will be given the opportunity to make your mark in this rapidly expanding company by proving your abilities and eagerness to progress!

The salary is up to £28k, depending on experience, with a further £1.5k bonus potential if you achieve your aims.

This company also offers excellent training, with occasional educational trips abroad!

 Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be on-hand to support customers booking experience

  • Utilising multiple communication channels including, calls, web chat, email and social media

  • Providing information on additional products or services, i.e. luggage, transfers, car hire etc.

  • Resolving accommodation changes, sourcing suitable alternatives and communicating with customers

  • Liaising with our resort teams and assisting them where possible

  • Reviewing processes and pro-actively suggesting improvements

 Person Specific:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer focused role

  • Experience in handling emails and calls in a fast paced environment

  • You will be a fun, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude

  • Strong team player!

  • You will be creative, imaginative and have a keen eye for the detail

  • A valid, up to date passport

This is a UK office based role, but occasional overseas travel may be required to view destinations, resorts and villas mainly around the Mediterranean destinations.

Hours:  Shift pattern includes some evening work and every other weekend
