We are recruiting for an Operations & Sales Administrator, ideally with previous experience liaising with clients. In a supportive company of 8, you will be providing support to clients within the Human Resources sector to ensure a smooth running 360 psychometric service that delivers on its commitments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, a confident and articulate manner, and the ability to build great relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to requests for pricing, free trials and demos by forwarding info or arranging sales calls/meetings

  • Be the first point of contact for clients requiring software support

  • Processing reports, checking for any red flags, raising possible issues with clients

  • Liaising with clients and internal team on projects, to agree deadlines and process details

  • Daily monitoring of project progress and liaison with client/team to resolve issues

  • Managing the inbox daily and responding to queries by phone

  • Managing and monitoring the psychometric service – creating new projects and sending reports

  • Organising coaching and online video feedback sessions with Associate Consultants, monitoring the booking system

  • Supporting and training clients in the use of the company’s system

  • Preparing summary reports of project results for clients

  • Updating records with prepayments (spreadsheets) and opportunities (on the CRM)

What the employer is looking for:

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience working in a client-focused role, either supporting Account Managers or managing customer relationships

  • University graduate or great A levels

  • Confident and articulate manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Natural relationship builder, able to develop relationships at all levels in a business environment

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable in dealing with complex detail and ability to work to high levels of accuracy

  • Excellent relationship building skills including dealing with senior clients over the phone

  • Passion for development and learning

  • An interest/ background in HR and psychology would be beneficial

  • Statistical / analytical skills would be beneficial
