An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join an interesting and established company based in St Albans.

Our client provide professional translation services across a variety of market sectors and industries - you’ll be joining a team of 11 in bright, open-plan offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing person looking for the next step up and the confidence to take on more responsibility. This is a standalone position with a focus on the activity across their website and LinkedIn, working with and managing the SEO agency to increase traffic and monitoring/analysing as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the website and associated tools and links

  • Source and manage vendors for various campaigns including managing current SEO agency, web developers, coders and designers

  • Manage social media channels as part of the overall brand development strategy

  • Increase new web-based enquiries and leads for business development to follow up

  • Manage online content strategy including content creation, regular e-campaigns and newsletters

  • Maintain and develop the CRM system for use in marketing and business development activities

  • Carry out regular competitor analysis to identify areas for growth and monitor the company’s position in the market place

  • Manage and maintain the marketing budget

  • Deliver agreed revenues through marketing activities

  • When required, represent at tradeshows, events, conferences and networking events

What the client are looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ digital marketing experience, with a focus on website/social media analytics

  • Uses initiative and self-starter

  • Experience of planning, budgeting and forecasting

  • Good understanding of digital marketing strategies

  • Able to develop proposals and presentations

  • CRM systems experience

  • Able to communicate at all levels

  • Flexible and open to change

  • Knowledge of other languages would be beneficial (not essential)
