Our client are a well-established, financially secure construction company based on the outskirts of St Albans, who deliver a variety of contracts throughout the South-East of England.

Due to successful growth, they are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Senior Business Development Manager and successful team with a variety of tasks, and engage new ideas to maintain the company’s fresh and modern image as the business grows.

Supporting the Senior Business Development Manager, your role will be heavily focused on developing contacts and relationships with clients, consultants and architects, to generate new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to prove your capabilities within a trusting, relaxed environment and who reward for success!

Key responsibilities:

  • Highlighting business opportunities and developing contacts

  • Liaising and interacting with clients, architects and consultants

  • Attending various networking and industry functions

  • Organising and supporting company events

  • Involvement with company website, newsletters and social media profiles

  • Managing and updating company’s marketing literature

What the employer is looking for:

  • Sales, marketing and/or business development experience

  • Enthusiastic and confident nature when attending networking events and functions

  • Proven success in developing client relationships

  • Good telephone manner

  • Ability to offer fresh energy and new ideas

  • Flexible approach - to facilitate requirements for breakfast meetings and out of hours client hosting functions

  • Full driving license
