Graduate Solution Analyst | St Albans | £23k-£25k

This role serves as the technical expert on internal tool configuration and acts as the liaison between the client team and operations department. Following thorough and ongoing training from the existing team, you will be responsible for a combination of business analysis, project management and quality control processes.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, process-oriented, excels at time management and balancing multiple priorities, focuses on the details, and likes a challenge!
Produce, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders
Leverage communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development processes
Create, maintain, and update documentation to ensure accuracy of survey and reporting deliverables
Execute quality control tests and utilise automated tests to validate deliverables with support
Learn to understand the business needs that the product is trying to meet and apply this understanding to guide testing
Utilise internal tools to design surveys and reporting systems (web, database, and other)
Construct and complete thorough quality control test plans to ensure client deliverables are on time and accurate, with assistance
What the employer is looking for:
Recent graduate - ideally with an emphasis in business, systems development, or a related area - or the equivalent combination of degree education and some relative work experience
Able to talk through and prove your knowledge of processes in business settings, and data
Able to demonstrate decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
Extreme attention to detail and adherence to quality control processes
Track record of quickly learning new tools, software or processes
Strong communication skills and ability to confidently work well with team members
Experience using software applications such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
