We have an exciting opportunity for a property administrator to join our client’s successful team in St Albans. This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated, individual seeking a career changing opportunity!

There is the potential for this role to lead onto a Sales Negotiator position where you will eventually canvass for new business opportunities and use your excellent negotiating and rapport building skills to close deals

Key responsibilities

  • You will meet with clients and assess their particular needs

  • Register and manage applicants

  • Conduct market appraisals

  • Arrange and attend viewings around homes

  • Canvass for new business opportunities

  • Explain building issues and regulations to the clients

  • Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone

  • You will liaise with solicitors on a regular basis
