An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing client in Hemel Hempstead. 

Our client are a leading provider for professional beauty training across the UK, and their friendly and upbeat office environment ensures that going to work is always fun!

Due to exciting expansion, the company are looking for a motivated candidate to join their sales team, in following up warm leads from inbound enquiries, and converting them into successful sales! There is NO cold calling in this role - you will only be liaising with clients who are have a genuine interest in the products and training that they offer.

You don’t need to come from a sales background, but our client is looking for candidates with real drive and ambition, to prove your abilities and confidence in a sales driven culture. This really is an amazing opportunity for the right person!

Key responsibilities:

  • Call warm inbound leads to sell their range of courses

  • Attain set levels of daily activity (phone/email) pursuing historic leads and new leads

  • Ensure ‘out of hours’ enquiries are actioned accordingly

  • Attend events and conferences to gain information on market trends and competitors

  • Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns

  • Forecast sales targets and ensure these are met

  • Ensure the sales system (Salesforce) is 100% correct at all times
