Graduate Business Administrator | Hemel Hempstead | £18k-£25k
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast growing, fun and vibrant Ecommerce company based in Hemel Hempstead in brand new offices.
The company are a retail company that manufactures and sells their own branded products through online market places across the globe.
This exciting role will include working closely with the Amazon Account Director to assist with Amazon listing maintenance, ensuring sales are reaching maximum capacity in their international marketplaces.
This role would suit a passionate and motivated graduate with an interest in Business and Ecommerce that wants to work in a vibrant and progressive organisation.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Amazon PPC campaign management and analysis
Launching new products
Monitor product listing with consistent maintenance
Responsible for creating and managing Amazon Seller Support cases
Clearly communicate the progress of daily, weekly and monthly initiatives to the Amazon Director
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and forecasts)
Data analysis reviewing weekly/monthly sales, enabling decision making to propel growth
Prepare reports on account status
Source new products for further growth
