We are looking for a world class professional to help organisations lead a more engaged and empowered workforce. You will understand the power of insights, data and analytics and the role it plays in understanding what drives a company's employees’ engagement. You will be a part of the team that is bringing this concept alive in companies; owning the end to end customer success cycle and a key part of the “embedding” strategy. You will be given Tech and Project Management support meaning you can spend more time on the clients and less on administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end sales customer success cycle and consistently exceed client targets

  • Consultative and empathic approach to developing relationships with clients

  • Have an ability (and desire) to understand customer’s problems and sell solutions that solve those problems

  • Managing team of Customer Success Consultants

  • Ability to be strategic as well as managing the detail through your team

  • Contribute to enhancing best practice and techniques

  • Be ruthlessly efficient at drilling into blockers and removing them so we maintain a strong relationship with customers

  • Take feedback from customers and funnel it into the product development and sales process

  • Construct, retain and manage customers via Salesforce CRM

What the employer is looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a top Account Manager at a Start-up or SaaS company, managing up to C-suite and executive level decision makers

  • Must have experience managing complex account processes, KPIs, and managing multiple stakeholders at enterprise organisations

  • Ability to identify customer problems and propose comprehensive solutions for their needs

  • Use of insights and data to drive decision making in the retention process

  • Ability to solve problems, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the organisation essential

  • Extremely proactive, highly motivated with great organisational skills essential

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills essential

  • Experience managing Senior HR executives is desirable

  • Experience managing a team internally is essential
