We are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator. You will be working with large corporate clients and charities within the Human Resources and Employee Engagement sector.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and articulate manner, able to build great relationships with clients.
Supporting Senior Managers with on-boarding and training new clients
Act as primary contact point for clients in relation to account and technical issues/queries and provide account support/basic technical support
Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system
Manage licence renewals calendar
What the employer is looking for:
1 - 2 years’ experience working in a client-facing role, either supporting Account Managers or managing customer relationships
University graduate or great A levels
Confident and articulate manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Natural relationship builder, able to develop relationships at all levels in a business environment
Proactive, with desire to get things done and go beyond the immediate task
Willing to challenge colleagues and clients in a constructive manner to help clients make the most of the software
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Confident using web-based technology
