Sales Support Administrator | Hemel Hempstead | £25k-£29k
Our client, a very successful business within the aerospace industry, are looking for a bright and confident candidate to join their office in Hemel Hempstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who shows great motivation, takes initiative and is proactive in their approach to work.
In return, you will learn everything about the industry whilst supporting a top Sales & Purchasing Manager within the European market, managing some client accounts, with great potential to grow in the business!
Answering incoming calls from clients and suppliers
Assisting with market research – sourcing prices for parts
Contacting suppliers for quotes
Updating open sales orders daily, ensuring order accuracy
Assisting with collecting documents needed from customers/vendors
Processing sales orders and credit memos for units being returned
Assisting Sales Manager with ad hoc requests

Confident and professional telephone manner
Experience of/or enjoys analysing information
Experience using Excel spreadsheets and looking at data
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management – able to prioritise and plan your time efficiently
Proactive and takes initiative
Team player with a good sense of humour
There is often a small dog in the office, so you must like dogs!
