The successful candidate will naturally be able to engage with people and create a positive shopping experience to build strong relationships and ensure customers return. Key responsibilities:

  • Leading by example by demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and train the team

  • Responsible for holding a key to the store

  • Processing payments and accountable for cash up and banking duties

  • Maintaining high standards of stock control and ensuring products are well presented in store

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

  • Checking deliveries and notifying of discrepancies when applicable

  • Keeping up to date with promotions

Hours – you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis between the hours of 8.30am-6pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am-4pm (Sunday)
