Senior Coordinator | Radlett | £25k-£30k
A well established, highly successful conference company in Radlett are now seeking a Senior Coordinator to join their team.
This role is varied, interesting challenging and demanding! You will receive full training in their specialist field and in return you'll be an intrinsic part of a supportive team, working to tight deadlines, juggling many different tasks simultaneously.
You will be an exceptional communicator with excellent written and spoken English. Dealing with people at all levels, you'll be naturally organised, unflappable and conscientious.
Responsible for the organisational support for 40 + conferences per year
Manage each event in its entirety from start to finish
Liaising with venues prior to conferences
Liaising with speakers to coordinating their presentations, papers and travel arrangements
Coordinating the conference on-site requirements i.e. AV equipment, catering, registration
Overseeing delegate bookings
Preparation of marketing material including proof reading leaflets
Updating the company website including online webinars
Liaising with sponsors
Analysing and responding to delegate feedback
What the employer is looking for:
We are looking for a minimum 3 years’ experience managing and coordinating, within a multi-tasking role
Exceptional organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail
Uses initiative and enjoys a multi-functional role
Good IT skills, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, use of database
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Good team player - flexible and adaptable
Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
