If you are experienced in a customer services environment, at supervisory or management level, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing company based in Luton.

 The salary is £25k-£30k depending on experience, with added benefits including 20 days holiday (rising in length of service) and discretionary bonus.

 In order to be considered, you will need to have at least 3 years’ experience in a customer service supervisory/management position, coupled with experience in varied communication methods including phone, live chat and social media.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small team of customer service advisors

  • Assist in the recruitment and training of all new team members

  • Assist and oversee any complex customer service issues

  • Manage rotas and required shift patterns

  • Manage the live chat and social media functions in order to maximise sales

  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery deadlines are met

What the employer is looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ customer service supervisory/management experience

  • Knowledge/experience of online ordering processes - preferred

  • Good organisational skills and great attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal

  • Flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Proactive problem solving ability and target driven

  • Confident with Excel
