We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our lovely client, based in Luton.
You will be joining a busy, lively department who are determined and genuinely passionate in delivering exceptional customer service. They are seeking someone who is like-minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced role with the ability to manage multiple requirements with a confident approach.

Web and mail order fulfilment
Collating of all web orders placed
Checking payments and orders to ensure any fraudulent activity is dealt with appropriately
Despatch of all orders within company time frame of 3-5 working days if not before
Taking payment or mail orders over the phone
Weekly reporting of sales, unit movement and YOY comparison
Liaison with web team to ensure that trends/customer comments/buying trends fed back into future planning
Monitoring live chat as necessary
Ensuring the web warehouse is tidy and holding the correct stock at all times
Assist with all customer queries from order enquiries, faulty goods, returns, complaints, info and personal shopping
Resolving all queries in appropriate time frame to a satisfactory result for customer and company
Ensure customer feedback is communicated to the appropriate channels within the business
Administration of customer returns, refunds, exchange or replacement
Collating information and reporting monthly figures
What the employer is looking for:
Minimum GCSE education, with grade C or above in Maths and English
Able to demonstrate your love for customer service through your past experiences
Open minded person who isn’t afraid to share their vision or challenge others
Passionate and driven in order to exhibit high levels of customer service whilst also up-selling
Able to use your intuition to prepare for the unpredictable, to effectively solve problems
Team focused – able to be flexible and adaptable to change
A logical and meticulous working style is essential in order to stay organised and identify errors or ways to improve
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great attention to detail
