We are currently recruiting a new role for a very successful and established company based in central St Albans.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within the organisation. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a hard working culture, but a relaxed and flexible team.

You’ll be naturally energetic and motivated to learn and develop your skills and full training will be provided.

You may currently be in a role with unclear progression potential, or a graduate, or with good A levels, looking for a role with opportunities. The company has ongoing commitment to develop its people through external professional training.

The role entails supporting a successful team, working to deadlines and thriving under the demands of the department. Your positive approach and attitude will determine your success as you grow within the role, with the support of a very successful line manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with financial advisers to ensure the smooth running of the clients’ files

  • Regular contact internally to gain information to complete files

  • Inputting critical information to support documentation

  • Process transactions and enquiries

  • Outgoing calls to follow up on key information to meet deadlines
