Global Brand Manager | Hemel Hempstead | £35k-£60k


Our client are a successful, established niche pharmaceutical company, currently undergoing rapid expansion. As part of their growth plan, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and driven Brand Manager.

The company own and produce one of the world’s leading medical products in their field, successfully marketed across over 35 countries and collaborating with the top 10 pharmaceutical companies. They have experienced continuous growth and their expansion plans include launching into numerous new markets within the next 6 months.

You will be joining a fun, dynamic, small but growing team, at an exciting time in their future. This is an exciting opportunity, where the right candidate will be working alongside the senior management team, in a supportive environment where you can make a real impact on the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become the Brand Champion

  • Research and evaluate market conditions to gain market insights

  • Develop the worldwide brand strategy

  • Develop and implement promotional material to be used worldwide

  • Build effective marketing plans within agreed timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with KOLs (key opinion leaders) to advocate and drive the product to wider audiences

  • Work and communicate with worldwide partners to update and execute the project plan

  • Establish and maintain new and existing contacts in the women’s health practitioner community

  • Provide a single point of reference

  • Identify new ways of working to contribute towards the continuous learning and development of the team

  • Assist and attend worldwide conferences and exhibitions

What the client are looking for:

  • Experience in marketing and sales, including product/brand management - ideally within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry

  • Degree educated - essential

  • Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial approach - focused on delivering and achieving results

  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills and have confidence in dealing with multiple projects at once

  • Confident to learn new processes at a fast pace

  • Self-motivated, hardworking and an agile problem solver

  • Strong team player with a passion for growth
