Our established company based in St Albans are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their corporate team.
You will be looking after and working with a portfolio of clients to assist them meet their budgetary goals in relation to energy spend.

Look after a portfolio of key business clients
Building and maintaining long term relationships
Discuss client's energy requirements and identify associated services that may be of benefit
Developing creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new client opportunities
Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and will renew their contracts by resolving any outstanding issues and objection handling
Preparing Quotes, proposals and sales contracts in line with internal and external supplier procedures
Perform research to identify new potential clients/sales opportunities, visiting clients on site where required.
Create presentations to inform potential or existing clients about the benefits and key features of products and services.
Setting up meetings with new clients as and when required.
Arrange regular client review meetings to develop existing relationships
What the employer is looking for:
5 years’ experience within the Energy industry in a similar role
Excellent communication and listening skills
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Good sales and negotiation skills
Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
An honest and trustworthy manner
Attention to detail
The ability to analyse and research information
