Senior Administrator | St Albans | £35k

You will be entrusted with a wide range of administrative duties and will ideally come from a client services or account/project management background. You’ll be confident in using your initiative to make decisions, coupled with the ability to handle both planned and ad hoc work.
Working as part of a small team within a larger organisation, you will liaising directly with clients and third party suppliers.
The ability to plan your own workload effectively and deliver to deadlines under time pressure is essential, in this challenging but very rewarding work.
Due to the nature of the work, we are looking for someone to be based at the St Albans office, with flexibility to attend occasional early evening client committee meetings in central London. There may also be a weekend requirement (approx. 4x per year) There is an agreed lieu time policy for these hours.
Meeting planning and management (including attendance and note taking)
Providing effective support to senior managers (including managing all aspects of compliance with clients)
Project and contract management skills
Excellent office administration skills gained from a client focused environment
Working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Responding to ad hoc requests for information from clients
What the employer is looking for:
Experience in account management/client services
Meeting planning experience, strong administrative background with the ability to take meeting notes
Demonstrate experience of making decisions and offering focused guidance within a business setting
Effective support to senior management
Demonstrable ability to project manage
Full time standard hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
