A growing and well established company with two offices based in St Albans are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and successful team.

This role requires a motivated individual with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and providing a first class level of customer service at all times!

You will be working within one of the most successful branches in its location and you will have the opportunity to work with properties worth over £1million!

Key responsibilities

  • You will meet with clients and assess their particular needs

  • Register and manage applicants

  • Conduct market appraisals

  • Arrange and attend viewings around homes

  • Canvass for new business opportunities

  • Explain building issues and regulations to the clients

  • Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone

  • You will liaise with solicitors on a regular basis

  • You will use your excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills to close deals

 What the employer is looking for

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills

  • Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents

  • Flexible approach to work and hours undertaken
