We're recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a successful and friendly company based in modern Grade A offices at Capability Green Business Park, Luton. Located 2 minutes drive from the M1 Junction 10 (Luton airport) and 15 minutes walk from Luton Parkway train station (with bus service to the business park).

Our client are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well organised person to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting three Sales Executives and managing the sales order process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proving a key sales support function and service

  • Checking all details of the sales orders are correct, codes, prices and address details

  • Communicate with internal staff to ensure smooth processing and completion of orders

  • Using customers bespoke order managements systems to retrieve orders, booking information, delivery dates and availability

  • Raising invoices and credit notes as and when required

  • Monitoring the outstanding order report and scheduling deliveries as appropriate

  • Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely fashion

  • Maintain excellent procedures and documenting in detail

Candidate Specific:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales order processing role is essential

  • Proven attention to detail

  • Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume workload

  • Process driven and able to work under pressure

  • Inputting accuracy and data control

  • Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task

  • Implemented procedures to enhance sales function

  • Excellent telephone manner

Salary: £22k- £26k, depending on experience

Hours: Mon- Fri, 9:00am - 5.30pm

Holiday: 20 days plus all Bank Holidays
