We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join a successful, established specialist recruitment agency based in St Albans.
You will be based within their newly renovated and open plan offices, where people feel motivated to hit targets as well as enjoying a great work/life balance!
It's due to expansion that they're looking for an additional person and are happy to look at all levels of experience - this can be from trainee through to senior sales.
Full training and dedicated support will be provided across all levels, with senior sales professionals to be involved in the mentoring of junior staff.
Selling high value recruitment services to contracts within commercial and marketing arenas
Developing customer relationships and networking within target accounts
Managing recruitment projects by finding and delivering highly skilled candidates to your customers
Hitting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
