Customer Service Administrator | St Albans | £20k-£22k
An exciting opportunity has arisen within an established and successful business based in St Albans who are leading designers and manufacturers of stunning products which they supply into retailers such as John Lewis and Laura Ashley.
Full training will be given for this busy and varied role within their friendly, supportive team. You will be using your excellent customer service skills in a supportive and friendly working environment.
This role would suit candidates with at least 6 months’ customer service experience or graduates looking for an opportunity to kick start a fantastic career.
The role will include:
Dealing with existing and new customer’s incoming calls and emails
Processing customer orders received by phone and email
Produce and follow up customer quotations
Stock control and ordering components
Showroom appointments – face to face selling with retailers, property developers, designers, architects
Liaison with the factories to ensure orders are on time and customer deadlines are met
Invoicing customer orders and taking payment on proforma orders
