A new role has arisen for a Sales Order Processor to join an established and growing company based in Welwyn Garden City.

You will be joining a welcoming and friendly team within a varied and busy administration role, where your attention to detail will be key.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing all orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Responding to customer requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Liaising with the sales team 

  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure all customer demands are met

  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure goods are available when required

What the employer is looking for:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience of sales or purchase order processing

  • Experience of using ERP software such as SAP would be beneficial

  • Good academic qualifications in either GCSE or A Levels

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Accurate and numerate

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, e.g. Word, Excel

  • Friendly and warm personality
