Our successful client are looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer based in St Albans.  

Key Responsibilities;

·         Primary tasks – 365 Project and ownership: you will be primary and key IT member developing 365 platform for the entire group (UK, Germany, China etc), to initially discover the company needs and how 365 Teams can support them, design, build, innovate.

  • Teams, Power BI, Collab, etc

    • Build

    • Develop

    • Maintain

    • Rapport with staff for their 365 needs

    • Innovation and documentation

  • ADDC maintenance

  • Group Policies

  • Permissions and Shares

·         Secondary Task – 1st line Support to assist when busy or short of staff

    • Assist with new builds and starters

    • General IT Support

What the client are looking for:

·         Certification in Microsoft 365

·         ITIL Certification (ideally)

·         Prince2 (desirable)

·         Hardworking

·         Attention to detail

·         Punctual

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Good organisational skills

·         Visionary mind set with initiative

What’s in it for you:

·         Salary - £23k-£27k depending on experience

·         Hours – 40 hours (flexible by 30mins or 1 hour shift eg 08:15 or 09:15 start)

Mon-Thurs 08:45 to 17:00 (45 min break)

Fri 08:45 to 16:00 (1 hour break)
