A passionate and growing company who provide exciting entertainment and leisure products into online market places such as Amazon and eBay as well into some large retailers such as Sports Direct and Argos.

This is an interesting role for an experienced Ecommerce administrator which will give you the opportunity for full ownership of the Amazon account supporting the company to build and grow the business.

You will be part of an energetic, exciting and creative work culture within a busy and varied role where you will have autonomy in a business that will reward hard work and offer excellent opportunities for future development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections and stock turn

  • List all Items with key words utilising SEO to maximise sales

  • Price check all items in line with company margins

  • Research competitor activity and how this is affecting sales

  • Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales

  • Arrange all stock to be delivered to Amazon

  • Investigate any stock discrepancies or complaints

  • Speak to Amazon directly regarding any queries on our account

  • Experience of working with Ecommerce and Amazon

  • Analytical and highly numerate

  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multi task

  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment

  • Strong communications and customer service skills
