Our successful and expanding client are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their company, based in Elstree. This is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to go permanent if successful. They will consider candidates on a full or part-time basis, but the position does require someone in the role every day.
If you have some accounts payable experience, and are available immediately - this is a great opportunity!
You will be joining a team of supportive, upbeat and hard-working colleagues, where you will take on extra responsibility as you grow and develop within the role.
Handling telephone calls, emails, faxes, letters and subsequent timely responses
Processing stock price and availability checks along with reports
Processing sales reports
Handling invoice queries and supplier/customer complaints
Stock analysis and PO process
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Productive, efficient and accurate work
Dealing with all suppliers
Dealing with all stock management
Helping other departments (Customer Services and warehouse) in busier periods
What the employer is looking for:
Some accounts payable experience

Professional conduct with colleagues and customers
Excellent attendance and timekeeping
Excellent communication, both oral and written
Intermediate computer literacy in all MS Office products
Adaptable and possessing a flexible attitude to work
Able to work under pressure and in an organised manner, while prioritising workload
