Our successful and expanding client are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their company, based in Elstree. This is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to go permanent if successful. They will consider candidates on a full or part-time basis, but the position does require someone in the role every day.

If you have some accounts payable experience, and are available immediately - this is a great opportunity!

You will be joining a team of supportive, upbeat and hard-working colleagues, where you will take on extra responsibility as you grow and develop within the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone calls, emails, faxes, letters and subsequent timely responses

  • Processing stock price and availability checks along with reports

  • Processing sales reports

  • Handling invoice queries and supplier/customer complaints

  • Stock analysis and PO process

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

  • Productive, efficient and accurate work

  • Dealing with all suppliers

  • Dealing with all stock management

  • Helping other departments (Customer Services and warehouse) in busier periods
