Our successful and expanding client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their company based in Elstree.

If you have some good customer service experience, whether it may be in retail or office-based environments, this could be a great next career move for you!

You will be joining a team of supportive, upbeat and hard-working colleagues, where you will take on extra responsibility as you grow and develop within the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with enquiries, order processing and providing an excellent service to B2B wholesale customers and distributers

  • Handling telephone calls, emails, and letters

  • Your role will be key, liaising between the client and customer for distribution and direct sales enquiries

  • Processing price and availability checks coupled with composing quotations based on sales orders and invoices

  • Handling invoice queries and escalating concerns

  • Stock analysis and subsequent ordering

  • Helping out with warehouse inbound, outbound and stock related duties to cover busier periods and holiday

What the client are looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience – can be from retail or office-based

  • Highly motivated with a positive, can-do and flexible attitude

  • Excellent time keeping and organised approach

  • Great team member but also able to work independently on your own initiative

  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate level of MS Office and Excel
