Sales Executive | St Albans | £20k - £25k + £3.5k OTE

You will be working within a consultative Account Management position, joining a strong force of 12 Sales Executives, selling to businesses across the UK. Looking after a portfolio of EXISTING clients where you will be building relationships and encouraging sales, there is NO COLD CALLING in this role. You will be given full product and technical training and you will be supported to learn and develop your knowledge!

You will be joining a company of 65, with a real family feel, that support and progress their staff and believe that their people are the heartbeat of the business!

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and outbound calling to find new prospects and to build long term profitable sales

  • Selling products by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions

  • Responding to incoming enquiries ensuring customers are quoted

  • Listening to customer requirements creating detailed proposal documents and presenting appropriately to make 'the sale’

  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers

  • Challenging any objections and conversion of quotations
