We are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join a well-established finance based company in Croxley Green. As Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the timely and accurate validation of all incoming financial contracts through to activation, whilst aligning with company policies, Industry regulatory requirements, and partner SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming contract documentation and queries received via post, e-mail, online applications or telephone calls.

  • Strong attention to detail to be used for contract validation and system data entry

  • Manage your own time effectively to support workload and achieve daily targets

  • Insure all paperwork is present and correct in line with company policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary

  • Complete customer due diligence, fraud & compliance related checks prior to activation

  • Liaise with key stake holders, internal and external, to resolve queries

  • Participate in all relevant regulatory examinations

To provide the best service to customers, the client commits to:

  • Quality - Right First Time target of 95%

  • Service - Turn Around Time 9hrs (contract receipt to validation)

What the client is looking for:

  • At least 2 years administration experience, ideally within the finance industry

  • Attention to detail on complex admin tasks

  • Experience of working with Excel

  • Maths GCSE or equivalent work experience

  • Able to work under pressure / to deadline

  • Accurate data entry on multiple systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business

Hours – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
