 We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a growing property company in the heart of St Albans!

Key responsibilities:

  • Write up or marketing collateral for properties for sale

  • Liaising with field team on appointments

  • Managing requests to view properties, booking slots with vendors

  • Managing feedback of viewings

  • General office administration

  • At least 1 year of working experience, ideally in a customer focused role

  • Confident and personable on the telephone

  • Hours: Mon 8am – 6pm, Tues - Thurs: 9am- 6pm, Fri: 9am – 5pm, Sat / Sun / Bank Holiday: 10am – 4pm (Only one weekend in 4, and if you work a Saturday or Sunday (or both), you will get a day in lieu the following week)

 You will be expected to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month, and will be given the days off in lieu the week after.
