We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a property company in the heart of St Albans!

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to warm enquiries from customers looking to sell their properties

  • Building and managing relationships with a portfolio of clients with the goal of them using the companies services to sell their property

  • Advising and educating customers of the services the company has to offer in a concise and effective manor

  • Handling a large volume of calls from prospective customers in securing new business for the company

  • No cold calling or drumming up own business!

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary: £18k - £21k dependent on experience

  • Uncapped commission based on individual performance with realistic first year OTE of £27,000 - £30,000

You will be expected to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month, and will be given the days off in lieu the week after.
